Is there a parking lot at Phoenix des Lumières?
In the immediate vicinity of Phoenix West, there are several public and third-party parking options. The parking lots on Konrad-Zuse-Straße and the parking garage at Phoenixplatz do not belong to Phoenix des Lumières, but our guests can use them for a fee. For free parking, we recommend using the public parking areas on the surrounding streets.
How long does a performance last?
An immersive exhibition lasts approximately 50 minutes and, with few exceptions, consists of up to three parts.

Can my tickets be rebooked?
Yes, you can rebook your tickets. Please contact our colleagues in the ticketing service to do so.
Does Phoenix des Lumières also have a box office?
Yes, you can also purchase tickets and gift/flex tickets on site during our regular opening hours.
However, booking in advance is particularly recommended on weekends and public holidays.
