Do I absolutely have to print my tickets?
No.
You are welcome to present your tickets digitally on your smartphone at the access control.
Can I arrive by public transport?
By public transport, from Dortmund Central Station take the regional train or subway to the "Dortmund Hörde" or "Rombergpark" stop, or take the bus to the "Phoenixhalle" or "Phoenixplatz" stop. From there it is just a short walk to Phoenix des Lumieres.
I'm going to be late.
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before or after your reserved time slot. If you arrive at a different time than indicated on your tickets, you may be refused entry.
In case of delays caused by third parties (public transport, traffic jams, etc.), please speak to our team at the ticket office upon your arrival. They will find a solution.
