Is there a parking lot at Phoenix des Lumières?
In the immediate vicinity of Phoenix West, there are several public and third-party parking options. The parking lots on Konrad-Zuse-Straße and the parking garage at Phoenixplatz do not belong to Phoenix des Lumières, but our guests can use them for a fee. For free parking, we recommend using the public parking areas on the surrounding streets.
How do I pre-book with my Flexticket?
That's not possible because it's not required for your Flexticket. With your Flexticket, you can come whenever you want during our opening hours and get immediate entry – completely independent of the number of visitors. If you're accompanied and they don't have a Flexticket, you or your companion can book regular standard tickets.
Where can I park?

How long does a performance last?
An immersive exhibition lasts approximately 50 minutes and, with few exceptions, consists of up to three parts.
