You can redeem vouchers in your Fever account. Only in exceptional cases can we assist with redemption at our box office. For this, you will absolutely need a mobile phone, an active email account, and a mobile internet connection, as we cannot print your tickets and they will be delivered digitally. If the total amount exceeds the voucher value, it must be paid electronically.
Please note that the vouchers are only valid for tickets. Any remaining balance cannot be used for purchases in our shop or bistro.
