Is Phoenix des Lumières accessible for people with reduced mobility?

The Phoenix des Lumières is accessible to people with reduced mobility, with the exception of the steps in the main hall. However, this will not prevent you from fully enjoying the experience. For any special requests, please speak to our reception staff upon arrival or beforehand.

The exhibition hall is accessible via Phoenixplatz. If you are arriving by car, we recommend using the parking garage on Hochofenstraße, which is wheelchair accessible and also offers barrier-free access to Phoenixplatz. Our entrance is located diagonally to the left across the square.

Since we have no elevators in the building, you can reach our shop and bistro via the outside entrance on Konrad-Zuse-Straße.
