You may have lost something here. In most (unfortunately not all) cases, lost items are handed in to our team at the ticket counter or to security personnel for safekeeping. If we find clear clues to the owner, we try to contact them.

The best way to contact us is in writing. We will then check if your lost item is at our lost and found office. We will definitely get back to you.
