Do I absolutely have to print my tickets?
No.
You are welcome to present your tickets digitally on your smartphone at the access control.
Is there a discount for people over 65 and their accompanying persons?
There is a senior citizen rate for people over 65. However, there is no special rate for their companions. They can choose our adult rate.
I'm going to be late.
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before or after your reserved time slot. If you arrive at a different time than indicated on your tickets, you may be refused entry.
In case of delays caused by third parties (public transport, traffic jams, etc.), please speak to our team at the ticket office upon your arrival. They will find a solution.
